🍃 The bulk of the Role
💫 You will be performing most of our Cosmetic Tattoo services.
💫 Clinic Management including day-to-day operations, KPI's, human resources, reporting, policies and procedures.
💫 Advertising & Marketing; especially social media, strategies etc.
🍃 Qualifications
💫 Our training is NEXT LEVEL, however, the ideal candidate will already have a cosmetic tattoo qualification (non-negotiable).
💫 Our ideal candidate will already have an infection control qualification, preferably "HLTINF005 Maintain infection prevention for skin penetration treatments" (non-negotiable to be able to offer skin penetration services).
💫 The ideal candidate will also preferably have a beauty qualification of some sort (or be extremely close to finishing it), whether it be Cert II/III, Cert IV or Diploma. We can also discuss employment via workplace-based traineeship if you wish to upgrade your beauty qualification.
💫 It would be an advantage if you are already trained and proficient in LED, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, IPL Hair Reduction, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening (fractional and polar), Dermaplaning, Skin Needling (micro, stamp, liner and infusion peels), Fibroblast Plasma, Lamprobe/ Cryotherapy), Lash Extensions, but these are not necessary and can be trained, so don’t be deterred if you don’t have these under your belt yet!
💫 Extra bonus: you can bring extra services such as nails (manicures, pedicures, acrylic/ BIAB), makeups, hair ups to the clinic.
🍃 Experience
💫 A minimum of 5 years performing Cosmetic Tattoo, within the last 8 years is required.
💫 A minimum of 2 years salon/spa/clinic management experience, within the last 5 years is required.
💫 A minimum of 5+ years in the beauty industry.
💫 BONUS: you're also an educator/ trainer and have held training events, workshops, courses or similar before.
💫 Extra BONUS: the ideal candidate has LASER experience, especially LASER tattoo removal.
🍃 Skills
💫 Cosmetic Brow Tattoo (microblading hair strokes, machine hairstrokes, machine combination, machine powder)
💫 Cosmetic Eyeliner Tattoo (upper and lower, lash line/ classic line/ designer liner, wing & wedge, shading/ eyeshadow))
💫 Cosmetic Lip Tattoo (lip liner/ lip line and blend/ full lip and blush/ tint/ lipstick look)
💫 Cosmetic Tattoo Removal (saline/ acid etc.)
💫 exceptional consultation skills
💫 preferably already trained in Dermaviduals skincare (or willing to do the training and get up to speed before the start date)💫 stellar facial moves(!) and a love for helping skin conditions
💫 detail/precision-orientated Brow and Lash treatments
